I would rather be an author than a musician . my daddy  was a musician and producer and traveled on the  road a lot. He slept in buses and had  to perform in front of people. He missed his friends AND FAMILY.  if I was to write a book. i would have an apartment and just cuddle with a small dog and write in front of a window in a city.  I like to be around my friends and family so i would celebtrate my book being sold by the pool.   whenever I go to NyC I always get inspired to write a  book about a mystery in central park.

day 1

1 the new word I learned was waltzing and clutz

2 the story started when the giraffe was eating some food   and the story ended when the giraffe was dancing

4 I think the author gave this title because the giraffe can’t dance

5 The story is about the giraffe who could not dance, but then he could

I really liked this story.  The moral of  this story is that beauty is what is around you.  Giraffes will never know what the prettiest lily pads look like from under water but they know what an African Savannah looks like.
